National Breast Cancer Awareness Month

October is National breast cancer month!!!

The National Breast Cancer Awareness Month (NBCAM) is a collaboration of national public service organizations, professional medical associations, and government agencies working together to promote breast cancer awareness, share information on the disease, and provide greater access to services.

So make sure you wear your pink and if you can afford it donate to any of the great organizations trying to find a cure we owe it to our mothers, sisters, cousins and all women and men with the disease.

  1. This design is wicked! You definitely know how
to keep a reader entertained. Between your wit and your videos, I
was almost moved to start my own blog (well, almost...HaHa!
) Great job. I really enjoyed what you had to say, and more than that,
how you presented it. Too cool!

    1. Well if your asking me then... spring rolls if baked are a good low calorie choice... the bad comes in the frying... Now for the dip it depends on the kind as well... what kind of dip where you thinking? And well like I tell myself when in doubt go without... LOL I'm so corny...
